• Responsible to monitor and control project schedule from initial phase to close-out phase.
• Guiding and establishing project management standards in the contractor organization.
• Reviewing and approving Project Management Plan and Progress Measurement System submitted by contractor.
• Reviewing contractor’s monthly updated schedule, prepare a presentation for the action that has to be taken.
• Monitoring the progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Studying contractor’s monthly reports and prepare consultant monthly reports for Client.
• Prepare invoice and claims that have to be submitted to client.
• Calculate Earned Value, Schedule Performance and Cost Performance Index.
• Preparing clients presentations when required to give a brief status of the project
• Create projects packages and relationships to develop a projects schedule & performing critical path analysis.
• Developing Base Line Schedule using Primavera P6.
• Prepare plans and schedule for all project deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Preparing Progress Percentage calculation systems, Earned Value Management.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
• Administer all Payment Certificates of the Subcontractors and authorising the payments based on the payment terms.
• Support cost tracking department to forecast projects estimates.
• Coordination of multiple contract planning engineers of other Contractors to maintain the schedule.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Preparation of Master-Project Schedule & Plan during tender and execution stage
• Preparation of detailed forecast and actual output (including weight charts) for all disciplines
• Monitor Project Progress and advice action to meet the schedule, if delayed
• Interface with clients, contractors and sub contractors to ensure project and site progress
• Involved in performing Planning Support activities like Analysis report, Resource Utilization Report, Time sheet maintenance etc. for the project team
• Documentation for the details of job failures, effect of client, the resolution taken etc. for submission to the client management
• Worked in different phases of ASAP methodology to implement the project
• Liaising with Project Team/Clients/Contractors to improve productivity and to aid in knowledge enhancement and transfer
• Preparing Projects & Master Schedule.
• Project Planning after coordinating with project engineers & project manager.
• Scheduling of a realistic and achievable project plan.
• Schedule compression, crashing and fast tracking.
