Coordination of project from office with site procurement and Engineering.
* Reviewing Engineering drawing and coordinating with procurement for PO placement.
* Conduct review for timely delivery and execution.
* Prepare project execution plan and cash flow management based on the activity chart.

* Preplanning the materials and manpower required for the project
* Inspection of Electrical equipment like transformers, Breakers, Cables from vendor's site.
* Progress reporting to higher authority.
* Maintenance and observation of all type of electrical and instrument Equipment's
* Knowledge about Erection and Commissioning of power plant.
* Involving all the process in Powerplant like Lighting system, Lightning system, grounding
system.
* Maintain database and report on tracking work completion, scheduled vs unscheduled
work, and other metrics to track and improve overall maintenance performance.
* Participate in the development of the work process improvement objectives and area
improvements team goals
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts that can provide the goods and services
necessary for successful work execution.
* Collect, document, and review daily planned work against completed work to identify and
quantify variance between planned work and lost tie and emergency work.
* Reviews work order backlog and rework to determine root cause and provide
improvement recommendations.
* To improve work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and elimination
potential delays through planning and coordination of work force, spare parts and
material, and equipment access.
* Responsible for maintain the records and files essential to meaningful analysis and
reporting of maintenance related matter and Audit.
* Co-ordinates with work activity coordinator and process activity coordinator for speedy
progress of job requirements.
* Preparation of job plan with planned cost and make an effective schedule for shutdown
jobs.
* Daily field visit to coordinate on going jobs and for planning of new jobs.
* Attend regular operation meetings for input and feedback on planning activates
* Ensure compliance to all our relevant policies and standards including the management of
change process and maintenance business process and provide input into the development
of area-specific procedures and standards

Power Plant
Upgrading of Alkamil Primary Substation from 2x20 MVA to 3x20MVA
Contractor : United Engineering Project Co LLC, Sultanate of Oman
IV. Installation and commissioning of 33kV Overhead line from Al-Barakah to Safah
(55Kms)-North Governorate
Responsibilities:
* To prepare the working drawings, material requisition, project execution plan, Risk
assessments, Method statements, RFIs, & MRDR.
* To receive the safety documents (PTW) from client for job execution, supervision of site
arrangements for the installation works as per HSE/Project Quality Plan requirements.
* Preparation of “As Built” drawings, and submission of project final documentation to
client.
* To coordinate the maintenance and emergency works of 33kV, 11kV overhead lines,
distribution substations and LT feeders.
* To attend faults on 33kV, 11kV & LV systems, locate the faults, isolate the
defective/faulty portion and restore the system back to normal condition.
* To execute the emergency and planned switching operations in 33kV, 11kV systems after
obtaining the Permit for Work from the concerned authority.
V.Installation and commissioning of Tanker offloading pump at Safah Oil Plant
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating the Electrical outfitting activities (power cabling, control cabling,
installation, inspection and testing Electrical Equipment).
* Installation of Control cable, Glanding and Termination from Tanker offloading pump to
Main substation.
* Installation of Tray and support for Tanker offloading pump as per approved drawing.
III. Installation of Control cable from PLC room to Well
Responsibilities:
* Installation of Control cable through intermediate distribution board to well.

* To prepare the working drawings, material requisition, project execution plan, Risk
assessments, Method Statements, RFIs, & MRDR.
* To receive the safety documents (PTW) from client for job execution, supervision of site
arrangements for the installation works as per HSE/Project Quality Plan requirements.

Installation of Tray and support for Tanker offloading pump as per approved drawing.
Delegating the works to the foreman and workers
* Building services such as internal lighting works, DB installation works
* Executed the project as per Approved Drawing
* Coordinating with the other departments, clients and contractors.
* Designing and conducting tests on the products
* Inspection of Site Electrical materials
* Arrangement of Vehicle for site activities
* Propose modifications and retesting the products
* Responsible for servicing and maintenance of equipment’s
* Qualifying the final product or system
* Preparing product document and giving presentations
* Monitoring products in use to improve on future design
* Keeping in lie with the latest development and technology
* Conduct site meetings on every week and responsible for all construction activities at site
