- Airport Operation Centre coordination along with stakeholders (IKAS, DGCA, Kuwait Airways and MOI),
- Management of preventive maintenance and daily incidents for Special Airport Systems. (BHS, PBB and
Leidos Screening Equipment's)
- Coordination with subcontractors and client regarding contract claims and renewals,

quality, and collaborate with the DGCA Engineers and DGCA's consultant for all material approval,
- Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection scheduled along with client and
client's consultant,
- Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan and
Checklist based on specifications of the project,
- Handover of Mechanical Systems, Steel Structure and Special Airport System equipment's (BHS, PBB
and Leidos Screening Equipment's) and commissioning and testing of SAS equipment's.
