- Prepared PIFSS papers for the new joiners, followed up with the staff until they provide PIFSS papers and coordinated with the messenger for shu’oun papers for the new joiners.

Resigned:

- Prepared PIFSS 103 + covering letter for the resigned staff and arranged to submit the resignation request in MGRP website for the resigned staff.

End of Service :

- Prepared all documents for the EOS.
Airfare:
- Sent monthly email to the airfare eligible staff and followed up with them till they submitted the required documents.

Leaves:

- Processed all leaves related requests
- Prepared and sent the staff report that have excess leave balances and followed up every month.
- Prepared and sent the staff report to my manager for staff who didn’t take 12 consecutive annual leave and followed up every month.

- Handled Medical and Life Insurance: sent emails for GIG for new resigned, married, newborn, outsource staff, updated medical insurance and reimbursement claims (excel), prepared claims (documents and letter head), dealt with cases (via emails and phone), requested travel documents for staff, followed up with pending claims, and etc.
