Supervise and oversee all recruitment activities and develop and implement successful recruitment strategies, to ensure hire qualified employees to meet our companys current and future needs.
Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process. Oversee the creation and management of requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines specific to the forward market and organizational goals. Actively recruit qualified professionals through many different sources, including referrals, passive recruiting, job boards, campus events, Internet mining, and networking events. Arrange meeting locations, travel, and accommodations for applicants and managers when necessary. Coordinate internally to ensure providing equipment and office requirments to the new hire when employee is onbaord. Develop and overview organization policies.
Responsible to automate HR functions such as end of service calculation. Automate some of HR documents to save time and support paperless environment such as exit interview and reference check by SurveyMonkey. Assisting in the shortlisting of suitable candidates from applications. Setting up disciplinary and grievance meetings. Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes. Providing transactional HR support across all processes. Organizing and rolling out staff training initiatives. Manage organization events such as national days event of more than 15 nationalities. Participate in internal and external audit. Manage GOSI such as adding new employee, releasing departed employee. Handle chamber of commerc eattestation requests.
Handle employee relations such as penalties, employment letter, archiving. Manage payroll and its related component such as attendance, deductions and any reimbursement after obtaining required approval. Participate in translation company policies such as leave, attendance, andair ticket policy. Prepare accommodation policy formale labors and obtain their acknowledgments. Prepare workplace policy that contain personal appearance, workplace etiquette and how to use company assets and equipments. Conduct orientation and induction program of new hires. Responsible to provide Tamheer trainees based on department needs to support saudization. Mange locally and oversea recruitment process starting from Job Requisition Form, screening and interviewing process, reference check process, job offer and employee onboarding process. Handle HRDF subsidy programs and regularly informed management for any update. Coordinate with finance team to ensure receiving HRDF subsidy amount on monthly basis. Process employee vacation, ticket booking through travel agents and exit re-entry visa issuance via Muqeem. Conduct exit interview for departed employee and submit summary report to the management. Manage off-boarding process starting from clearance to calculating end ofs ervice benefits. Participate in employee satisfaction survey.
