- Order, deliver and control all overseas equipment and spares, using fixed process to maintain the best value for the business and customer both in terms of quality and price.
- Drive a spend reduction by negotiating with suppliers on cost and service level agreements for overseas supplies.
- Budget within set time frames supply spend for all areas of our overseas provision including distribution.
- To monitor and control overseas stock sales, disposals and movements, ensure maximum capital gained for all sales.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received, and receipt all purchase orders ready for payment.
- Manage the warranty process and resolve warranty issues
- Utilize feedback from customers and staff both qualitative and quantities to measure their experience using equipment to develop our provision and support.
- Visit resorts to understand usage and parameters of each type of equipment.
- Comply with local country customs and excise legislation by ensuring all equipment distribution is accompanied by the correct paperwork for exporting and importing to our overseas subsidiaries
- To control stock inventories and audits when required and monitor results.
- Prepare and provide training for resort teams on stock control and maintenance.
