software.
• Providing voice Based Technical Support for a leading global ISP (EarthLink)
• Handling Customer Queries and up selling.
• Understanding the customer's needs by asking prevalent questions and being able to recommend a service that fits that specific customer. Independently supervising /monitoring new agents.
