• Review contractor quality objectives, project quality plan, quality management procedures (QMP’s) and any other procedures or documents necessary for the successful implementation of the project quality requirements.
• Be familiar with approved QA/QC Plan for the assigned Contractor(s) Ensure that the intermediate inspection and approval are taking place as per approved QA/QC Plans.
• Supervise Construction and ensure that all the works are being carried out as per the contract requirement approved design and Technical specification.
• Check all the design elements and if necessary apply adjustment after discussing this with the Resident Engineer/Project Manager
