• Prepare risk assessment for all jobs and compare with method statement

• Helping production to close out safety observations highlighted by Client representative.
• Preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Accident and Near miss investigation.
• Filling all the documents in track as per HSE Procedures and updating in excel logs to prepare monthly and weekly statistics reports.
• Give internal training to employees
• Conducting Safety Meetings & Tool Box Talks
• Assurance, Availability and effective Implementation of PPE

• Daily site inspection and reports to both HSE manager and construction team regarding unsafe acts and conditions at site.
• Coordination with both site engineers and construction managers at site for high risk activities and provide them with productive solutions in order to perform or execute the work in a safe manner.
• Follow up with site in charge regarding daily site inspections reports and ensure all the highlighted issues which require immediate action are closed on spot.
• Ensure all site activities are performed as the approved method statement and risk assessment and all present at work places.
• Ensure that all site activities are performed as per the LSRs and complied to avoid any unsafe acts and conditions that can result into serious accidents.
• Ensure all life threatening activities within the working areas are reported to concerned team to avoid missing any steps that can result into unsafe performance of work.
• Ensure that all activities are performed in the manner where SIMOPS is not applicable to eliminate the likelihood that can result danger to other group.
• Conducting Hse meeting with areas safety officers regarding JSA, PTB and site repeated issues that can bring treat to the life of workers and all are implemented.
• Site leads to the management and client during the walkthrough and ensure that all access are free from obstruction and area is safe.
• Review of all safety officer reports on daily basis to ensure all matters raised are closed and well communicated to the management.

• Work including visual and dimensional inspection, welding inspection.
• Perform pre-welding, in-process welding and post welding inspection.
• Perform in-process and final inspection using NDT methods.
• Witnessing the NDT inspection likes PT, MT.
• Ensure the quality tasks are performed in accordance with applicable approved procedures.
• Conduct material inspection, layout and fit up inspection, visual inspection and witness NDT for final acceptance.
• Review all test reports including NDT, Daily weld production and material record.
• Perform pad leak testing as per applicable QCP
• Inspect and approve material used in the project in accordance with engineering specifications and conduct material traceability.
• Monitoring PWHT and review the PWHT reports and chart
• Release the inspected material for construction. After construction conduct final inspection then release it for erection.
