Operate and monitor RO water treatment plant systems.
Check pressure, flow rate, pH, TDS, conductivity, and water quality parameters.
Perform routine maintenance of pumps, motors, valves, filters, and pipelines.
Carry out membrane cleaning (CIP) and membrane replacement when required.
Monitor chemical dosing systems and maintain proper chemical levels.
Record daily plant readings and prepare operation logs/reports.
Troubleshoot plant equipment and solve operational problems quickly.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Replace cartridge filters, lubricate equipment, and inspect electrical/mechanical parts.
Ensure smooth operation of RO, softener, multimedia filter, and dosing systems.
Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns or repairs.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant area.
Reduce downtime and improve plant efficiency.
