Work Responsibilities: -
•Financial - Design Inputs and Value Engineering- Design Submission on time @ 90% Whereas Value addition shall be 2% of project value (Value Engineering inputs realizing into Cost saving or ease of Installation).
•Facing All internal and External TUV Design Audit periodically and yearly.
•Customer - Site visits (Site visit to assess site actual conditions before Designing and to implement Critical design at site. Further Visiting to the site to attend design meeting to understand the customer requirements and concerns).
•Operation - Accuracy in Quantity Take Off (Utmost Care should be taken to reach at accurate take off quantity).
•Operation - Contract variation statement (Prepare Contract Quantity Variation Statement as per approved drawings).
•Operation - Manufacturing clearance to Planning (Provide manufacturing clearance in targeted time line to Planning Department).
•Operation - SOP implementation (Bring in uniformity and excels the brand value in the market, Control the Quality and Consistency for day to day activity, Protect our self from Knowledge Loss).
•Operation - Timely Preparation and submission of design documents (Timely submission of documents as per Design Tracker. Quality and clarity in design documents. Timely circulation of design tracker. Prepare & submit data sheets for approval of equipment & material from client.)
•People - Fostering Synergy (Bring together key resources such as know-how of participating and handle the situation, splitting techniques, separating tensions to focus resources and action).
•People - Subordinate Development (Evoke confidence in those who are doing well and set an example for those who are not).

Work Responsibilities: -
•Reviewing and advising for HVAC Documents such as Drawing, Specification, Procedure, etc
• Provided overall project management services and support, including definition of project objectives, plans and schedules, budget preparation and projected cost reports.
•Awarded business to, and managed, prequalified subcontractors and consultants.
•Assisting in Procurement, Construction & Commissioning for HVAC Work.
•Ensured successful project execution by means of progress meetings, managing and motivating team members, and continued communication with project stakeholders.

Elite Heat load calculation.
Elite External Static Pressure Calculation.
Pump Head Calculation.
Preparation of shop drawings of HVAC for Approval.
Prototype manufacturing of development items.
Co- Ordination of Work force in Development Department.
Preparation of Electromechanical Material Submittal.
Reviewing the Shop drawing and Project specification in case of discrepancy.
