Pay attention to safety precaution provided by the manufacturers and organization.
Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports.
Reducing down time on all machinery (Operational and Maintenance).
Working on power factor to reduce the reactive power and decrease the electricity bill by 40%.
Determining, calculating and analyzing various maintenance cost.
Optimized machinery to increase efficiency and output.
Strong Ability to read Electrical drawings.
Maintain inventory at optimum level.
