 Plan, schedule and provide work direction as required for preparation designs, processes, reports correspondence and related data.
 Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.

 Formulate the design basis by collecting analyzing information and data related to operating requirements, process, economic considerations as such other pertinent factors as maybe involved as a preliminary step in support of proposals for new construction modifications or maintenance to requirement, expansion with rotating equipment (compressors, pumps).
 Participate in construction activities, pre-commissioning, commissioning and function test activities for the new projects.
 Follow and inspect the construction progress of assigned projects assuring conference with design specifications, codes and standards, recommend or conform design changes, materials and Equipment substitutes review design package and capital projects.
 Determine and prepare the scope of work for services and Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning contracts.
 Prepare project execution plans, contracting strategy and prepare project cost estimation.
 Responsible for contract administration including preparing and review bid, packages bid, scope of work, participate in the technical and commercial evaluations.
 Review and verify engineering drawings, design computations, estimate and report execution plans and all project deliverables to ensure completeness, accuracy and of applied project engineering principles and company and international standards.
 Ensure that all procurements and contracts comply with project schedule, quality and cost.
 Supervise project progress during construction phase and ensure that the construction comply with the approved for construction drawings and international standards.
 Supervise the testing and commissioning of individual equipment and entire system up to project start up and ensure that test are performed as per international standards.
