 Perform network surveillance and first level fault acknowledgment, analysis & troubleshooting
of all nodes via OSS/SOeM using applications \[such as Alarm List Viewer (ALV), Alarm List Browser
(ALB), Command Handling (CHA), WinFIOL, … etc.\] to constantly check the network for any Alarms.
 Escalate faults to back office and field maintenance. Faults which cannot be resolved at first level
are escalated to back office and field maintenance engineers for further troubleshooting and resolution.
 Follow up on incidents up till resolution.
 Maintains the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs.
 Trouble tickets management.
 Perform shift routines and prepare daily and weekly reports on network faults and activities.
 Perform parameter modifications with the support of back office.
 Attend to customer care trouble tickets on various subscriber complaints and solve them within the
contractual SLAs.
