Perform network surveillance and first level fault acknowledgment, analysis & troubleshooting
of all nodes via OSS/SOeM using applications \[such as Alarm List Viewer (ALV), Alarm List Browser
(ALB), Command Handling (CHA), WinFIOL, … etc.\] to constantly check the network for any Alarms.
Escalate faults to back office and field maintenance. Faults which cannot be resolved at first level
are escalated to back office and field maintenance engineers for further troubleshooting and resolution.
Follow up on incidents up till resolution.
Maintains the service delivery level within the agreed SLAs.
Trouble tickets management.
Perform shift routines and prepare daily and weekly reports on network faults and activities.
Perform parameter modifications with the support of back office.
Attend to customer care trouble tickets on various subscriber complaints and solve them within the
contractual SLAs.
