• Handles the tasks of sourcing, headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile.
• Ensure that a pipeline of candidate is always available.
• Handling recruiting all level roles from Executive Recruitment level to blue collar and also well versed in Head Hunting, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruitment, outsourcing, International Recruitment, Local Recruitment, RPO, Negotiation, orientation, On-boarding.
• Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
• Managed full resourcing life-cycle from forecasting and planning to deliver the best fit resources in to various projects.
• Create annual recruitment plans based on current head count, business strategy. Conduct and keep a record of the manpower planning.
• Build up compensation and benefits intelligence database, and conduct surveys to study the market rate within our industry, and propose a recommendation on how to improve the salary scale in line with the market
• Practiced numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, and position postings on various websites and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
• Expertise in various modes of sourcing and identifying potential candidates Internal Database, Job Portals (portals like Monster gulf, Naukri gulf, Naukri (India and Indeed) Postings, Employee/ Network Referrals, Networking Sites, Vendors / Agencies, etc.
• Initiating various recruitment reports, dashboards, analysis, managing and delivering them on a periodic basis.
• Working closely with client’s top-level Management, keeping the stakeholders updated on the status of the recruitment progress and the recruitment strategies.
• Self-involvement in preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their Competencies, skills and aspirations (position, salary, relocation aspects Etc.).
• Support in hiring needs of clients from various industries like Construction, Medical/Hospital, Power, Infra & Manufacturing, Oil and Gas.
• Develop, update and maintain job descriptions and assessment forms.
• Working with top level management recruitment (Positions like CFO, Head of Finance, and medical doctors for reputed companies.)
• Weekly client meeting to understand the client needs and show our recruitment plan to the client.
• Daily use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate status and update.
• Talent search through Headhunting, screening and short-listing candidates sourced through various channels to provide right fit candidates.
• Ensure timely communication of contract/salary/relocation details to the recruits.
• Regularly communicate with Managers to keep abreast of requirements and candidate performance; also interact with the candidates for employee referrals.
