• Present the petrophysical results to management for every new well.
• Highlight the key uncertainties and recommend the logging and coring program for the
upcoming wells to address these uncertainties.
• Conventional and unconventional core analysis.
• Providing petrophysical support during field operations which includes QC logs, selecting
zones for pressure testing and sending the Quick Look analysis to higher management for
every newly drilled well.
• Responsible for all in-house petrophysical data base, make sure that data base for each asset is
up-to-date and running.
• Building petrophysical data base using different software for log analysis).
• Data QC, editing, depth matching, splicing, environmental corrections and other necessary
steps to prepare data for formation evaluation.
• Performing formation evaluation (porosity, lithology, water saturation, shale volume,
summation tables etc.).
• Worked with the reservoir and completion engineers to prepare work over and completion
plans.

South Sudan
• Collect and analyze rock cuttings, describing their lithology, color, grain size, and other
characteristics to identify formation types.
• Monitor gas levels in the drilling mud, which can indicate the presence of hydrocarbons and
potential drilling hazards.
• Collected data, including drilling parameters, gas readings, and sample descriptions, in
detailed mud logs.
• Interpret the data and provide insights to the drilling team, wellsite geologists, and other
stakeholders.
• Work closely with drilling engineers, wellsite geologists, and other members of the drilling
crew.
• Prepare daily geological report (DGR) and final well report.
