• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Developing project charter, identifying key project stakeholders and creation of stakeholder register
• Kick-off meeting and inquiring project completion program from customer
• Developing project management plan, scope of work, setting up critical path, baseline and WBS to avoid scope creep and gold plating.
• Setting KPIs to track execution performance through Microsoft Project
• Submission of project program - GANTT CHART format and conducting preliminary site survey
• Assessing IFC document to prepare detailed Engineering submittal along with draftsman.

• Generating BOQ and cost estimates for ELV, LCS, BMS, EMS, GRMS
• Providing design services for engineering projects
• Collaborating with sales team to design, propose, and close deals
• Preparing material submittals, prequalification, and project cost estimates
• Providing technical support throughout project life-cycle
