• Store item and orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, tools room or storage yard.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools and equipment to ensure compliance and safety regulations.
• Coordinate the related Logistics work between sites and Khartoum office.
• Inspect and insure proper shipment packing before dispatch to site.
• Follow-up and expediting the cargo and transportation from site to site.
• Follow-up and expediting all the clearance process with agents.
• Ensure that all logistics documents file are maintained in good order (Documentation).
• Preparing the logistics reports (tracking report, Estimation cost report for clearance and transportation and warehouse report).
• Propose system for the internal duties and tasks of the warehouse and logistics department.
• Insure that all logistic activities implement as per logistic procedure and company policies.
• Coordination between the contractor and the owner.
• Receive, count and issue stock items.
• Pack and unpack to be stocked on shelves in stockroom warehouse or stock yard.
• Verify ubvetory computations by comparing items to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools or other labeling equipment’s.

Ability to use computer
Speak English and Arabic.
