• Planning, Organizing and Controlling Warehouse over all operations.
• Manage the workload of its area and optimize the allocated resources.
• Minimizing the warehouse costs through effective management and control of storage cost, labour cost, etc
• Monitoring and ensuring the SOP in place for smoother operation.
• Ensuring the Truck utilization and planning for the continual improvement.
• Driving the team to achieve the effective warehouse productivity measures & maximum shipments turnaround time.
• Organizing the space for inbound shipment prior to arrival to warehouse.
• Ensure the actual inventory reliability of the warehouse and the respect of the FIFO rule.
• Ensuring the stock Flow to WIP warehouse on time.
• Loading, dispatching and delivery of stock from warehouse to the stores.
• Planning daily distribution and ensure the receipt of acknowledgement copies of the dispatch.
• Maintaining safety stock level and controlling the inventory flow to avoid over stock or low stock.
• Scheduling Cycle count for all the SKU and getting it done within the time frame.
• Communicating and ensuing for timely processing of insurance claims.
• Monitor the Inventory Ageing - Review ageing reports of all warehouses and analyze the gaps. Drive the local team for fast liquidation / rotation of ageing stocks
• Performing the stock write off for damaged items and poor handling.
• Lead internal and government inventory audits.
• Monitoring and controlling the Warehouse activities. (RM & FG Receipt, Invoice, Cycle Count, Production issue, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; document recording and data entry into system).

• Planning the Daily despatch and on time delivery
• Coordinating the Transporting facility.
• Follow up the pending POD with transporter on daily basis
• Getting the approval from C&C department for making the invoices.
• communicating the Delivery schedule with the concerned person before despatch
• Maintain the DD & Non DD receipt in Excel file and system.
• Providing Inventory report and leading the internal stock audit
• All the original invoices send to the concerned salesman.
• Entering the daily out going details in EDP System.
• Preparing the Time sheet every month end.
• Preparing the MIS details transport utilization & Salesmen wise sales details.

• Ensuring the daily material receipt.
• Offer the incoming materials to QA
• Issuing materials to Production
• Material moving to the Testing department once the box build is completed
• Ensuring QA testing and once the same is cleared from QA
• System Taken for Packing once QA is Cleared
• Capturing details of Accessories and the System box Wise packing details are given to Logistics Department for making documentation.
• Dispatching the material as per Invoice.
• Maintain the daily material receipt and outgoing materials details.
• Taking the stock verification on every month.
• Preparing the Inventory Expenses Report on monthly Basis.
• Preparing the MIS details for incoming and outgoing materials.

• Timely In warding of materials (Import and Indigenous) and downloading the same in SAP.
• Verifying the materials price Invoice Vs PO in SAP.
• Preparation of GRD Excise and Non Excise (Goods Receipt Document)
• Submitting the GRN copy to Account people to do the Invoice verification.
• Record Keeping: Receipt, Delivery Invoice, Production Issues,
• Following up the Invoice copy from Freight Forwarder through mail
• Preparing the Cargo Arrival Notice & Making the Freight payment entry to SAP
• Preparing the Inventory Aging Analysis & Reconciliation
• Material Offering for IQC Department.
• Preparation of IMAS (Integrated Manufacturing Aid System).
• Move the QA cleared material in Sap Location
• Issuing materials to the production as per the requirement.
• Handling RMA (Return Material Authorization) and getting approval from Foreign & indigenous vendor.
• Invoicing (Excise and Non Excise) RMA materials Courier mode & Re-export (Air & Sea) mode,
• Preparation of annexure and issuing materials to Sub-contracting activity for the machine manufacturing.
• Identifying the Vendor for liquidation of Non-moving Inventory,
• Preparing the MIS daily & monthly,
