I'm handling the process of opportunity submission from receiving the RFP / RFQ / RFI request till the submission to the client through Eitmad Portal or by email or hard copy to the client location
I'm working in Sales Support department as a bid administrator. I'm supporting the bidding Managers and the pre-sales team in their daily work
as usual, I 'm responsible for all secretarial daily task for the office of my Director in the company
:I was responsible for the following tasks
Manage correspondence, reports and documents
Arrange and Confirm appointments, meetings & Edit meeting minutes
Manage airlines tickets booking and hotel reservation
Handle incoming mail and other material
Handle incoming calls, faxes & manage it
Manage filing for all documents, contracts & Save it
Manage Exit & Re-entry visa, iqama & all documents for CEO
Manage Schengen visa & European visa for CEO
Receive & greet the CEO visitors and guests
Make registration on the international conferences and exhibitions
I was responsible for the following tasks
•Manage, organize and archive the Staff files
•Follow-up all employees Vacations (Yearly, Sick Leave & Urgent).
•Data Entry on the company's website
•Follow-up recruitment issues (search of CV, manage interview, edit job offer)
•Edit The Internal Memos, Certificates, and Letters for the Staff.
•Follow-up the employees bonuses and deductions
- I was responsible for Dammam and Al-Khobar Cities as follow:
•Follow-up the Project Staff Salaries.
•Edit the Project Staff Bonuses & Deductions.
•Follow-up the Project Staff Vacations.
•Follow-up the Staff ID (Iqama, Passport & Driving License).
•Manage the invoices and reports in Mobily, Alcatel & Motorola Companies.
•Coordinate with the Company Head Office in Riyadh City.
I was responsible for teaching the french language in the Egyptian secondary schools in Beni Suef governorate for seven years.
