Provide timely medical services support to the staff to ensure the health and welfare of the
employees are taken care of.
2. Co-ordinate with Security personnel in the Depots to ensure Almarai assets are secured.
3. Co-ordinate local recruitment with local agencies and newspapers to ensure manpower
requirements are achieved in line with the budgets
4. Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure timesheets are received and processed and sent to payroll
to facilitate timely payment of salaries and commissions.
5. Support Regional Personnel Manager in creating manpower budget for the region by providing
timely inputs to ensure accuracy in the forecast.
6. Continuously monitor and process employee contracts to ensure all employees working in the
region have updated contracts.
7. Co-ordinate Employee Services (Holiday Travel, Visas, Banking, Severance, Housing Allowance,
Settling in Allowance, Holiday Salary Advance)
8. Co-ordinate and process employee disciplinary procedures to ensure all employees in the region
adhere to strict policies and procedures.
Key Relationships (Internal - Superior, Peer. External to the Organization):
1. Strong relationship with internal customers like Regional Executives, Line Managers, staff and
peers to be maintained with high level of respect, loyalty, trustworthiness, in order to crate and
maintain a motivated, healthy working environment in the organization.
2. Excellent rapport and business relationship with external customers like Travel and Medical
service providers to be maintained on ethical basis, uncomplicated by any obligations, real or
imagined which are not of a purely commercial nature, in accordance with the business needs of
the region.
