1.To supervise the quality work as per method and SOP.

4.Get all the documents be ready for the any types of audit.
5.Keep the data updated for the top management for any kind of meeting.
6.Get the employees training regarding safety and health hazard issues.
7. Talk with customer about problems with their own process, and try to resolve.
Monitoring the chemicals that using in the production for the buyer, Monitor the ETP plant, also monitor the chemical health safety and train the employees in this factory, Follow the environmental rules, Responsible for the Environmental Safety as well as the Workers Health & Safety.
I am assigned for the garments chemical testing which are very hazardous for the body and skin. These garments are sent by the buyers who are the clients to our company. So they are requested us to test such as azo, phtalate. formaldihyde, apeo, otc, pvc, Dmfu and many chemical which are very toxic for their customers in their own country business.
So in my company I am specially marked to do the azo test. . so azo testing is the my specialty. Azo is a chemical which are use in garments washing and finishing. It is highly carceniogenic which may cause cancer in certain use of that garments. Azo is detected in ppm meaner. more than 30 ppm is most harmful for the body and skin for human being. in this testing I have to do many chemical preparation such as buffer sol, pH reduction and incrementation, sodium dithionite preparation etc. after making the sample its ready to run in the GC machine. after running this vial we got the result and do analysis for pass or fail .
