My ring part of responsibility is to Clear & deliver those shipments handled by my employer (Trans Freight Projects and Logistics Co LTD - TFPL").
Collecting clearance docs, check and insure documents are clean, coordinate with broker to print Bayans in time, follow up clearance till shipments goes for Duty payments, pay CD, Port Dues and pull the cargo out of the port and supervise delivery activities till it reach to the customers.
Contacting shipping lines to release DOs, and to finalize the shipment if subsequent charges (Detention, Cleaning, Damages....ets)
Prepare customers invoices and insure customers received them.
