As A Senior Traffic Officer My Role Is.
1. Monitor all terminal functions
2. Ensure that all bag is corrected check-in
3. Review passengers tickets, passport, visa
4. Issue boarding pass
5. Ensure that no duplicate boarding pass are issued.
6. Weight the baggage and ensure that weight limit as per the company policy is not exceeded.
7. Tag all bag and transfer them to be loaded onto the aircraft.
8. Ensure dangerous good is handled as per the company policy laid out.
9. Supervised the handling Agent functions
10. Monitor safety measures.
11. Supervision of all airside operational activities
12. Supervise all airside activities prior, during and after aircraft MVT
13. Consider safety, security and quality on all activities.
14. Ensure airside clear of FOD
15. Ensure area under aircraft vicinity clear of any obstacles
16. Control the MVT of GSE within the safety zone
17. No smoking
18. Prevent flames or photo flash equipment within 50 feet around the aircraft during aircraft fuelling process.
19. Prevent MVT of GSE that may cause a spark of moving in the fuel safe area.

1. Responsible for maintaining the Quality assurance System internal and product audits, surveillance and spot checks for Ground Operations according to Jordanian CARC and IOSA.
2. Maintain and implement audit schedules, audit standards, and reporting processes consistent with the Quality policy.
3. Ensure through audits that established operations and procedures are in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
4. Performing trend analysis of all relevant ground operations audits.
5. Ensure effective liaison with regulatory authorities and other operationally relevant external entities.
6. Raise and follow-up Correct and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in Q-Pulse and with concerned owners.
7. Verify corrective action, including follow-up audits.
8. Periodically review corrective action responses to inspections and internal audit findings for Ground Operations with the QAM.
9. Formulates procedures, and processes according to the requirements of the QA department.
10. Develops and ensures that existing department policies as outlined in the departmental manuals are applicable to the Organization.
11. Plans, develops and enhances existing policies and procedures to keep abreast with the changing needs of the Company.
12. Assists in formulating and monitors comprehensive corrective actions for regulatory audits.
13. Monitors actions and solutions for the department.
14. Assist in the development and delivery of training presentations on the Quality Management system across all Ground Operations areas.
15. Develops Quality awareness through Quality Bulletins, inter-service memos, PPT, ...
16. Periodically reviews regulatory requirements according to company approvals.
