• Hands-on experience supporting AD, DHCP, DNS, Outlook, File and Print Server, Office365 in an enterprise-level environment and a technical understanding of messaging and collaboration technologies. Exchange client related issues with vast knowledge of the user level issues and resolutions.
• Analyzing tickets and providing resolution, conducting root cause analysis, closing tickets as per SLAs and managing Ticket Tracking System.
• Configuring, installing & troubleshooting various network devices & services like Desktop PCs, Scanners, Printers etc.
• Provide complete L1, L2 Support for around 300 - 400 Users .
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Mail Clients OUTLOOK through IMAP, SMTP for PCs, Smartphone.
• Experience managing Email systems and enterprise patching. Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/ 2012 and Operating System Windows XP, 7 and 8.
• Working with Remote Installation Services (RIS), Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
• Maintaining and resolve troubleshooting of network, Printer Scanner and IP Phones.
To perform troubleshooting analysis of PCs and Laptop.
• Perform troubleshooting analysis of domain network. Manage user accounts, permissions, printer sharing, email, and anti-virus, anti-spam.
• Maintain the equipment at good operating levels at the times. In addition, when necessary, report hardware and software problems to the IT Manager.
• Installation, Configuring &troubleshooting Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, and 2008, 2012 in standalone and server environment.
• Managing Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and all components/services including ADDS, DNS, DHCP, PRINT SERVICES, WDS, WSUS etc..
• Basic understanding of WINS, TCP/IP, Routing, Antivirus, Firewalls .
• Microsoft Hyper-v technology includes install Virtual machine, and troubleshoot related issues.
• Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Networking issues, Setting up Wireless Corporate Networks.
• Installing and configuring WSUS server to patch client machines.
• Upgrading Domain Controller Windows 2008 machine to Windows Server 2012.
• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft exchange Outlook 2007, 2010.
• Working on Active directory performing the following activities:
• Creating new users.
• Creating Security Groups, Distribution groups.
• Creating new Contacts.
• Creating new OUs.
• Managing user accounts.
• Password reset
• Deleting resigned/terminated user accounts.
• Updating user information.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for both system performance and network connectivity issues.
• Managing Antivirus software on servers and client machines .
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Good on Application installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Good on Domain Profile / Outlook / email / VPN configuration.
