• Helped improve operations service levels by designing and developing innovative and simplified statistical reports for the Cash Division Director and CEO which analysed customer service levels and drew praise from major customers.
• Raised service levels from 91% to 99% over three months by simplifying reporting processes and procedures and improving management oversight of operations performance issues.

Controlled the Managing Director’s diary, travel itinerary and business meetings. Controlled, prepared and processed payroll. Helped HR with hiring, recruitment, job interview, filing and employee on-boarding processes.
Major Achievements:
• Helped the company acquire the Al Rajhi bank contract by designing appropriate KPI's and simplified service level reports which enhanced performance by resolving many major issues and problems with customers on the spot.

Reporting to the Business Development Director, responsibilities included drafting, preparing and reviewing service agreements, contracts, letters, correspondence and other official documents while managing laborer annual/medical leave, Iqama issuance, payroll, time sheet, site transportation and accommodation arrangements. Controlled site petty cash and fuel expenses while directly supervising six site drivers and two office boys. Negotiated and initiated manpower agreements, interviewed third party labors and passed recommendations to site managers, while liaising with Saudi Aramco for vehicle registration/stickers and employee gate passes.
Major Achievements:
• Cut site expenses from 30, 000 SAR/week to 10, 000 SAR/week while controlling petty cash and fuel expenses at the Shedgum site by preparing a report which accurately analysed idle heavy equipment time and incurred costs in the Saudi Aramco service contract and ensured Saudi Aramco reimbursed the money to Hyundai.
• Prepared and controlled payroll and resolved workplace issues while supervising 400+ laborers at the Tihama site, handling client pressure and working seven days a week.
• Assisted the Business Development Director with preparing very technical documents after receiving RFP invitations from Saudi Aramco and other clients.
• Liaised with medical equipment suppliers from Europe and China for quotations and purchase orders while reviewing tenders, preparing catalogs, preparing orders and receiving shipments from other countries.
• Helped the invoicing team by preparing and designing Excel templates.
