In charge of management of company’s equipment and maintenance operations. Schedules and prioritizes
equipment repairs and maintenance as well as assigning equipment to crews and projects. Oversees multiple maintenance mechanics, establishes productivity goals and tracks progress of work.
• Specialized in Kleemann and Macclosky Mobile Crusher/ Screen Maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in erection, operation and maintenance of Stone Aggregate Crusher Plants / Quarries Operations.
• Supervises maintenance functions for the maintenance shop, Crusher and Screen.
• Manages the inbound and outbound inspection process of Crushers and Screens.
• Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop.
• Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
• Facilitate the orientation of new team members in collaboration with the Workshop Supervisor by familiarizing them with work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
• Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing
feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
• Conduct annual Performance Appraisal for Workshop Personnel.
• Provide advice and technical assistance to team members.
• Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
• Monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness.
• Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of a technician repairs before the release of vehicles.
• Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures.
• Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
• Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Follow up closely during implementation.
• Coordinate with sales department and arrange for delivery of equipment to customers.
• Maintain communication with GM headquarters to obtain security information, report unusual concerns and share new ideas that may contribute to improved Workshop operations.
• Oversees maintenance and repair of equipment, both in the shop and at the project sites.
• Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrated based on the manufacturer’s recommendations or government standard.
• Reviews employee training to ensure a skilled mechanic workforce.
• Ensures the maintenance shop is properly maintained, functional and clean.
• Establishes and monitors preventative maintenance schedule on equipment.
• Establishes service schedules on equipment for warranty compliance.
• Supports on the job projects including identifying all sources of equipment maintenance, fueling, repair and spare parts.
• Participates in the equipment evaluation process to determine buy/sell needs. Also, purchases and sells new and used equipment as directed by Management.
• Develops and maintains files on all equipment for historical data.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with other divisions of the company.
• Effectively trains, coaches, disciplines and develops employees to achieve and maintain positive working relationships within the maintenance shop.
• Obtains and authorizes OT, shift work, or off-hour work assigned to mechanics.
Responsibilities:
• Ensures the workshop is managed effectively and efficiently.

• Receives and recording all incoming and outgoing jobs.
• Conducts professional repairs.
• Installs and commissions sold equipment.
• Stores and monitors the workshop tools.
• Updates clients of the status of their repair jobs through email or by telephone.
• Provides advisory services to customers.
• Disseminates information regarding preventive maintenance.
• Review and approve or modify changes to products.
• Inspect and evaluate manufacturing facilities for process improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement due diligence actions to resolve customer issues.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems.
• Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.
• Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
• Ensuring there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

• Liebherr (Germany) - Fuel injector pump repair and engine overhaul
• Terex - Outrigger calibration and Cummins engine overhaul (All terrain and Rough terrain)
• Grove Manitowoc Cranes (USA) - Outrigger calibration, hydraulic system maintenance (All terrain and Rough terrain)
Safety Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Regional Safety Manager and HSE team to ensure effective use of best practices and consistency in approach to HSE responsibilities.
• Determining the causes and preventive measures involved in a particular case of situation, investigating about the accidental injuries, occupational diseases, etc., to determine the same.
• Conducting research on previous cases involved in workplace accidents, analyzing the findings from accident inquiries, workplace inspection, environmental testing, etc., interviewing the workers and employees directly associated with workplace accidents, etc. for gathering and compiling an accurate report on workplace health and safety.
• Inspecting the equipment used in workplace like machineries and safety devices, monitoring the same for identifying and preventing the potential damage to workers and the workplace
• Updating themselves on recent changes in current policies, industrial regulations and processes, and safety regulation laws for optimizing the safety measures program implemented in the workplace, reviewing the workplace safety programs adequately on this basis for ensuring the safety regulation compliance.
• Conducting and coordinating the training of workers and staff members directly involved in workplace environment; training and informing them on workplace safety procedures, safety laws and regulations implied by the government, monitoring and controlling the hazardous conditions, and optimizing the use of safety devices installed in the workplace.
* Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying
knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with
equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
* Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing,
modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment
vendors.
* Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and
equipment layout.
* Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and
process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
* Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and
trends.
* Work experience in SAP, creating Maintenance plans, master inspection characteristics.
* Develop a daily management system for managing scrap in order to reduce weekly accumulation.
* Time based maintenance activities of Mechanical devices, leak arresting in pipe lines, valves, air
cylinders and pneumatic actuators.
* Engineering inspection of spare parts for hydraulic presses and machineries using various
measuring gauges with reference to standard cad drawings.
* Involve in preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance of tyre manufacturing presses.
