• Prepare strategy, planning, financial modelling and budgeting plus restructuring of business combined with cash flow projections to assist commercial objectives and financing structures. Also assist in integrating new business, enhancing
• Provide 12 month rolling direct Cash Flow Statement and bank balance with commentary & also prepared financial appraisal and analysis to support the decision making process
• Implement effective system of funding management, also monitor and effectively manages the working capital requirement in relation to inventories, debtors and borrowing
• Process and handle all types of letters of guarantees (e.g. bid bonds, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, Payments guarantees, Letter of Credit, Short Term Loan, back-to-back guarantee etc.) & Debt Resourcing & Restructuring of syndicated loans and covenants.
• Implement & Monitor Financial KPIs, also involved in period end closing & Advising, Maintain strong cross functional relationship with other function mainly marketing & Supply Chain, also Assist in creating marketing programs for all brands, also deals with difficult customer and long overdue payments and to make strategy.
• Creation and Maintenance of Customer & Regional Profitability reports to track against Budget
• Supervises monthly bank reconciliations and checking all control accounts, reconcile with income & expense ledger.
• Maintain financial staff job results by coaching, counselling & disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Prepare annual statuary audits, liaise with internal & External auditor, Banks & Foreign Suppliers.
