Post acquisition assignment of one of the oldest dairy company of Middle East established in 1972 with the brand name Alkhamayl.
Old suppliers, service providers, Govt and Employees payments due diligence, audit of last 02 years completion, fixed assets verification, Accounting and Finance operation start up, Sales HST system implementation with Toweltake solutions, assist General Manager in project management of new project site start up taking care of Project overall operations with the Project Engineering Consultant.
Restructuring of bank finance and arrangements of new credit facilities, Business plan preparation with the General Manager.
Consolidation of Accounts at group level.
Review of financial performance of each company under group including Nazih Cosmetics, Grand hypermarkets KSA and Hanoon Oil Factory Oman.
Subsidiaries financial review.
Consolidation of Financial statements.
Accounting Policies & Procedures.

Following are the main responsibilities:
a. managing financial control and strategic financial decision making.
b. People management, payroll control, performance appraisals etc.
c. Administrative control of the company.
d. Achieving financial targets.
e. Managing accounts and submit periodic performance reports
Looking after the following tasks:
Area Credit Coordinator Central:
Business Review of Credit proposals of SME & Corporate clients of Central area covering 360 branches.
Review of Non Performing Loan portfolios of Central Region.
Target monitoring for Advances of Central Area.
Unit Head SME & Middle Market:
Country wide establishment of SME & Middle market centers.
Communication with all divisions to ensure smooth operations.
Coordination with Audit division for audit of the SME & MM division.
Other tasks done at Bank:
Fraud & Forgeries Control Manager, Business Audit Compliance Manager:
Coordinate with Frauds & Forgeries Division and doing monthly and event reporting.
Compliance of Internal audit observations and addressing the issues raised during the Commercial branches audit and Commercial banking offices audit.
Special task:
Nadra Verysis system implementation country wide.
Job task:
Detailed investigation of Company Accounts, Inventory, Production and Sales Units.
Period of Accounts covered:
2005 and 2006 up to April 30, 2006.
