• Leading a team of testing and balancing technicians works undertaken including plant proving, air and water balancing and the establishment of plant capacity and conformance to design.
• Responsible for the commissioning management of MEP services for a number of commercial and residential projects. Specific tasks include;
• To ensure that the commissioning process is followed as per standard and ensure the correct operation of the systems.
• Investigating problems, diagnosing/ repairing faults, hands on troubleshooting writing reports and documentation, etc.
• Attends meeting with clients and contractors to provide latest status of works and provide reports.
• Responsible for the commissioning management of MEP works.
• To ensure that the commissioning process is followed as per standard and to ensure the correct operation of the systems.
• Scheduling and coordinating work activity to meet the project deadlines.
• Monitoring commissioning activities and progress.
• Monitor rectification works as per reported by subcontractors
• Does visual inspection to ensure workmanship meets the standards used in the project.
• Attends meeting with clients and contractors to provide latest status of works and provide reports.
• Prepares field queries about possible re-works based on actual site checking.
• Prepares daily progress report, monthly report, & balance material report for proper monitoring of project.
• Review plans, specifications and engineering drawings prior to fabrication.
• Oversees that project activities are within scheduled, designed plans & specification and are accordance to the project quality objectives.
• Assist Construction Manager in performing construction engineering works and in other day to day project activities.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
