I am a member in Lean team which focus on process improvement projects. And also I involve in A3 problem solving as well as coaching A3 problem solving up to group team leader level. Currently I am conducting Business Process Management projects in many divisions. As a part of my project for Six sigma Black belt training i am currently focusing on a project to reduce defect level in one line of our plant.

Production plant - Time study, production study, Activity sampling, use as efficiency improving tools & set production plant efficiency up to 65% in selected lines an learnt about lay-outing.
Cutting Department - Learnt about the fusing process and the Docket grading project with the help of cutting department management.
Data Room-Studied the company data base with some necessary changes within the period of training.
Quality Department - Involves inline quality improvement project with the quality department within the period of training learnt about SPC and other quality tools.
Warehouse - Studied the day to day Warehouse stock control system with the warehouse team & given facility to production department to finalize the shipments.
