My Work as a Dispute Analyst is to resolve disputes between the American Express Card Members and the merchants for the process ANZ. Also as a lead analyse I am highly involved in the process excellence activities which includes improving the score of our process and the creation of various projects with implementation of new ideas. Winning business for our company is the new project I completed recently.
Here are some major roles as a part of my job profile:-
• Collaboration with the compliance department to eliminate procedural errors and margin breaks.
• Reconciled debit reports, margin reports and trade settlement reports to reach in-house goals and objectives.
