My background includes serving as a Production planning engineer within the electricals and automation environments, where my responsibilities included managing and planning production works, handling customer feedback returns, providing job training to technicians for production goals, analyzing root problems, planning of raw materials, review and replace the scrap materials, track of raw materials to avoid flooding, developing Kaizen projects, schedule dispatch dates.

In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as service interruptions or cutoffs, delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions).
