Job Function of Production Senior Manager:
Ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly and increase an
Organizations efficiencies, making sure production processes stay within budget and
Deadlines, Increase productivity, product quality, On time delivery to customer, Control
stock level material in warehouse to make production running continual. Make planning of
Master Production Schedule and monitor production activity to achieve Goal of Company.
Doing Continual improvement, Implement safety procedure, Conduct training for all
production employee

• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed our
customers expectations
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary
costs and maintaining current quality standards
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense
of direction and focus
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant
staff
• Collect and analyze data to find place of waste or overtime
• Commit to plant safety procedures
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards,
metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Address employees issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining
agreements
• Influence and learn from below
• Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts

• Make production process scheduling on timing, routing and accurate production
quantity to result on time delivery to customer
• Responsible of good balance between load and capacity of the factory and arrange
man power based on Production Requirement

• Increasing process capability & capacity, reducing cost scrap, reducing cycle time of
process, reducing FOH (Factory Over Head) and reducing customer complaint
• Make sure that the All Procedure implemented very well (SOP, safety, 5R etc),
Company culture (Core Value), and implement Continual Improvement
• Reviewed and analysed production achievement in the previous month, including
Quantity, Quality, Cycle time, On time Delivery to Customer, Using Raw Material In
Process, cost of production, cost scrap and reporting to the Plant Direcor
• Collaborated with Production Manager to monitor day to day production run in
consideration of production target and developed contingency plan (as corrective
action) in the case the production process is in abnormal condition and daily review
implement of consistency rule in production process
• Collaborated with Process Engineering Manager to assured that the all operation
machine running well to support production process and make quickly action if any
problem in operational production

Assigned as Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program Assigned as of Zero Mistake Project of Production Department,
including careless mistake, facility mistake and process mistake Assigned as of QAC Piston Rod and Inner Tube Process Assigned as Occupational Health & Safety Environment
• Key user of Baan-ERP in Production Department
• Internal auditor of QS/ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO/TS 16949 Leader of Contaminaion Project in Line Assembling Leader of Soundless activity Project in Line Piston Rod Process

• Controlling of production process refer to the target of quality and quantity
• Monitoring and controlling on time daily delivery to customer
• Increasing process capability & capacity, reducing material consumption, reducing
cycle time of process, reducing man overhead and reducing customer complaint
• Achieve of daily target, weekly target, monthly target and annual target refer to
Company Policy
• Measure and evaluate result of group target with Company Annual Policy & Company
Goal
• Reviewed and analysed production achievement in the previous month, including
Quantity, Quality, Cycle time, Raw Material In Process, cost of production and
reporting to Dept. Head and Plant Director
• Assisted Production Departement Head in executing day to day tasking and activities
