•Various Projects & Maintenance (rotary/static equipments, valves, fire monitors/hydrants etc.) jobs in Fujairah Refinery; managing 1000 workforce

•Construction of Polypropylene Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage/drainage piping and Equipment erection.
•Pump House piping, Off-site piping and Rack piping. (pipe size up to 60 inch diameter)
•Maintenance of Rotary and Static equipments - Preventive and Breakdown

Take ownership of important, assigned responsibilities and tasks within various projects through their life-cycle, from concept to handover and beyond
•Compile engineering and technical specifications, operation/test manuals maintenance procedures and Work Instructions.
•Participate in engineering package reviews during the Select, Define and Execute phase.
•Conversant with the technical, commercial aspects of the Project and scope of work.
•Promote a team culture between the field and office based project team members and contractors. Encourage Construction and Operations personnel to review design packages early in the course of projects to eliminate rework.
•Network with various client departments to ensure all appropriate permits and regulations are followed.
•Review Engineering drawings, documents and deliverable relating to area of functional responsibility to assess construct-ability and consistency with contract requirements during Front End Engineering and Detailed Design (FEED)..
•Approval of fabrication materials, inline equipment as per specification, method statement,
•Raise Technical Query to client for any unclear information on drawings or unfeasible task in the field.
•Ensure updating of deliverable register, risk register, lessons learn register, change register etc. for all engineering, quality & HSE deliverable
•Make, develop and encourage technical solutions that will enhance the overall Project Engineering or Operational efficiency.
•Coordinate technical bid Clarification and Evaluation of bids and submit recommendation to contracts department
•Liaise with the activities of vendors and subcontractors as and when required as a part of the Project.
•Ensure that work programs and progress of assigned Projects are reported and communicated to relevant Departments and personnel at appropriate level of detail.
•Maintain functional links with unit heads in the project, viz. Engineering, Planning, Quality, HSE, Production, Accounts, Procurement, Quantity Survey, Administration, etc.
•Directing and supervising subordinates in the performance of all aspects of their work.
•Monitor construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide input to the regular reports of the Project Manager.
•Coordination/organizing Meetings with Client, Vendor, Sub-Contractor.
•Organize internal meeting to progress update/sort out issues.
•Evaluate contractor’s claims and make recommendation to accept / reject / negotiate and prepare final V.O. submissions for approval
•Witness and co-ordinate the assembly, testing, commissioning and operation
•Assist in the planning of mobilization / demobilization of project equipment.
•Provide input into the scheduling of projects, which meets the clients required date and maintain resources to acceptable levels.
•Participate in Load Out activities; float off; offshore sea-trial & testing etc.
