 Reports Directly to the Project HSE Manager
 Conducting Weekly toolbox talk to all employees’ prior start of work and their activities.
 Observing and advise any comments during STARRT TALK given by the foreman prior the start of activities;
 To ensure the operations to comply with the latest legislative requirements on safety aspects.
 Random inspection (Checklist and Visual) of Mobile and Heavy Equipment’s (Crawler Excavator, Dozer, Tower Crane, Dump Trucks, Back Hoe, Loading Shovel, Mobile Crane, Boom Truck, MEWP’s et.al) to avoid any failure of the equipment and incidents may occurred on the site.
 To ensure all necessary documentation, instructions and correspondences related to HSE will be issued in the professional and timely manner.
 Plan and carry out HSE inspections and report any unsafe acts and conditions ensure correct and proper recording of all inspection and findings and rectify immediately.
 Deliver professional HSE Awareness, Training and Instructions.
 Assess the work activities on the site if the HSE Rules and Procedures are followed accordingly.
 Assist incident/accident investigation and giving corrective action and preventive action to avoid any re occurrence.
 Conduct inspection of all permits to make sure that they follow the permit system required by the company.

 Updating all Safety Posters, Emergency Contact Numbers, Emergency Response Team, and Safety Alerts on Sites for the information of every employees.
 Inspecting all power tools, lifting gear appliances, Full body harness, and hand tools et.al if it’s safe to use and with corresponding color coding.
 Giving corresponding violation to the offender who violates the HSE Rules and Procedures of the company.
 Inspecting all Fire Extinguishers in a monthly basis with corresponding signatories and physically in good condition to use.
 Participating and involving in the HSE Meetings and planned.
 Monitoring all workers on the workplace that they wear their personal protective equipment at workplace as per company rules and regulation and international legislation to workers act of 1974.
 Conduct regular inspection of the site to make all operatives are adhere health safety and environment procedures by the company and international standards.
 Coordinate with the Contractors that they are following the HSE policies and procedures of the company.
 Attending the first aid injury on the site to remedy immediately the IP and bring directly to the clinic for proper treatment.
 Monitoring the wind speed, temperature and humidity for the awareness, information and knowledge of the employees.

 Reports Directly to the General Manager and Safety Manager
 Conducting daily toolbox talk to all employees prior to start of working
 Daily monitoring all activities on the plant with regards to Safety Rules are followed.
 Providing Monthly Training to all employees in the plant.
 Conducting Monthly Inspection and Safety tours with the production manager.
 Preparing All Risk Assessment for all activities in the plant including the operation and maintenance of machineries.
 Inspecting all fire fighting equipments (fire extinguisher, fire hose reels, fire pump house, fire control panel, manual call points and smoke detectors.)
 Preparing Health and Safety statistics ( Dash board)
 Investigation all Incidents/accidents and giving corrective action to avoid any re occurrence.
 Preparing Unsafe Act-Near Misses report
 Conducting Safety Induction/Orientation to new employees, visitors, and contractors.
 Inspecting first aid kits are all available and update.
 Conducting emergency evacuation in the plant every 6 months.
 Putting up safety poster sign in the wall for the awareness of the employees for positive safety culture.
 Checking all permit to work if any maintenance jobs at the plant.

 Reports Directly to the Safety Manager and Operation Manager
 Daily monitoring of Safety Sites Rules for the employees, visitors, contractors, haulier and equipments
 Conducting a pre shift meeting everyday and a weekly toolbox for all the employees.
 Conducting a spot checking on all the vehicles for the pre inspection checklist of each drivers ( Transit mixers and Concrete pumps)
 Preparing a VFL ( Visible Felt Leadership ) or Interactive reports of the plants
 Preparing a Risk Assessment for all the task doing in the plant (minor or major works) and permit to work system.
 Identify all hazards and prepare a corrective action report
 Conducting investigation report for any incidents / accidents
 Preparing near miss, unsafe acts reports
 Conducting induction to all new employees on the site, visitors, haulier, and contractors.
 Preparing schedules for the assessments for all Drivers, done by the trainer driver.
 Checking all the lifting equipments / gear and lifting appliances to be used when doing lifting.
 Monitoring all lifting activities on the site.
 Inspecting all fire extinguishers is in good condition and updated sign by the authorized personnel.
 Checking the first aid box kit is up to date and available at all times
