Patrolling assigned areas to ensure the protection of visitors, property and equipment.
Carrying out perimeter checks
Controlling and monitoring weighing of Product Oil Tankers, Proper exit of tankers from Terminal Premises.
Check the parking of oil tankers that they are parked in proper manner in terminal premises.
Maintain proper record for daily Staff & Visitors on Log Sheet.
Controls traffic by directing drivers in coordination with shift supervisors.
Allowed personnel only after confirmation from control room or concern individual to enter in the terminal premises.
Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Monitor alarm system to detect fires or the other emergencies.
Communication with customers & Visitors in decent manner as role model.
Resolving conflicts by negotiating with other & handling complaints and Setting disputes in coordination with shift supervisor.
Develop constructive & cooperative working relationships with others.
Prevent and detect signs of intrusion & Ensure security of door.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employee, visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Write report of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipments or property damage, theft presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences.
Manage detailed records or files in security settling.
Call Police or fire departments in case of emergency in coordination with shift supervisor.
Warn persons of rule infractions or violation, and apprehend or evict violations from premises using force when necessary after informing Shift Supervisor, Terminal Manager & MD.
Completing task in a timely manner.
Watching out for criminal act or rule in fractions.
Answering the switchboard after hours.
Car park barrier control.
Assisting visitor with their baggage.
Registering the details of all visitors.
Provide world class customer service to people from various different countries
Provide Unarmed Security Services to safeguard facilities
Screening of passengers and their carry-on baggage to avoid the introduction of dangerous devices aboard the aircraft
Coordinate emergency situation according to company policy
Ensure all safety hazard issue are resolved immediately
Patrolling perimeter fences to check criminal activities and unauthorised access on the airside
Perform all tasks consistently in line with the aviation standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
