▪Developing IT governance and service management frameworks and recommending to senior executives.
▪Lead in the development of and updates to IT governance policies including a written Group wide IT management policy.
▪Interface with the business senior managers to identifying and containing internal and external risks with regard to IT governance and cyber security.
▪Initiating standardized IT governance practices, writing documentation, and managing the implementations across the Group IT department.
▪Developing IT process maturity assessments and the development of process improvement plans and/or process roadmaps.
▪Coordinating with risk partners, including audit, legal, risk management, etc.
▪Coordinating with customers to participating in business strategy meetings and workshops.
▪Collecting the strategic and tactical business requirements for IT services and defining the business to IT objectives on the strategic and tactical levels.
▪Communicating all the documented business strategic requirements when requested by senior management.
▪Communicating necessary business directions and governance information to other sections.
▪Update IT strategy as needed to keep it aligned with the changed business strategy
▪Ensuring deliverables are prepared to satisfy Almajdouie Group strategy, requirements, cost and specifications within the agreed periods.
▪Monitor and mentor the IT strategy execution and produce progress reports in regular manner. ▪Creating an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
▪Leading by setting a good example (role model) -behavior consistent with words.
▪Serving as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams.
▪Ensure Management committees are facilitated effectively and efficiently by maintaining accurate and current committee charters, committee memberships, meeting minutes, organizational charts and document repository.
▪Ensure governance structure, guidelines and communications are provided to appropriate stakeholders; serve as “governance expert” advisor to key businesses and functions across the company.
▪Maintaining and updating the corporate governance framework.
▪Monitoring compliance with requirements in framework.
▪Establishing and maintaining a record of operational procedures manuals, and analyzing monthly reports.
▪Provide key information to CEOs, board members and committees.
▪Support the decision makers in creating medium-and long-term improvement in his department.
▪Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.
▪Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives.
▪Acting as a resource across the SSUs and business to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans.
▪Responsible of mapping the right Oracle technology solution to all the 25 business units.
▪Finding the suitable Oracle application
▪Supervising the business solutions teams
▪Developing the plans for solution implementation and knowledge transfer from implementer to solutions team.
▪Look after the legacy data cleansing and transformation from old systems to new system and maintain their integrity in the systems.
ERP Implementation Project code named (EMAD) is for 3 years targeting to implement over 70 Oracle like:
Finance (AR, AP, GL, and Fixed Assets)
HR (payroll, e-learning, e-recruitment)
Supply Chain (purchase, inventory, i-supplier)
Demantra,
Transportation Management,
Manufacturing,
Siebel
Freight Forwarding
Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
and other.
On the same period i was also the Project Manager for Implementing Oracle Retails (POS/SIM) in the group. A project that lasted for about one year to deploy Oracle retails across all the 28 outlets of Liwan Cafe and Aryaf Foods.
In the project we manage 7 vendors whose role range from implementation, quality assurance, hardware, network and civil works.
We followed well established methodology for managing the project and its sub-projects such as Application for Business flows and others from CISCO, Ernst and Young and HP.
Plan, direct, and coordinate HR supportive services of the group.

▪ Recordkeeping of communication services.
▪ Manage and process Health insurance for all employees and dependents.
▪ Organize and coordinate group events.
The project code named Frontier Project. It was the first ERP project in the group that aimed in automating Al Majdouie group manual processes.
The project covered over 22 modules ranging from Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Automobiles, Manufacturing, Transportation and Container Terminals Management.
