Design the college annual budget plan for marketing and students’ recruitment and submit to the Vice President for Strategy and Business Development

Develop and implement effective communication mechanisms to build awareness of corporate brand, objectives and values

Create & implement marketing plans and campaigns that support the marketing & recruitment strategies, including use of both traditional & digital media

Set up and overlook Marketing KPIs including but not limited to; lead generation, qualification and conversion

Maintain contact with media agencies, to enhance visibility through editorial content, listings and advertising

Select & manage third party vendors and media outlets to support marketing and recruitment activities

Represent the college at special events i.e. exhibitions, open days, press conferences, ceremonies, fund raising events, etc

Administer the production of promotional and recruitment materials including; static artworks, banners, infographic videos, promotional videos, brochures, etc

Devise & implement college-wide policies and guidelines relating to image, branding, advertising, and promotional strategies

Develop recruitment goals and enrollment targets for the college, working with the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Chief Finance Officer, and develop strategies and tactics to achieve these goals

Advice faculty Deans and PROVOST on programs’ innovation and augmentation to make the college programs more attractive and up-to-date

Identify & attract donors to the college for financial aid and scholarships

Devise & implement goals, objectives, long- term & short-term plans for community outreach
