- Responsible of CSR actions
- Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers, ensure and strengthened great and reactive customer services.
- Identify Business opportunities and conduct market researches, transform them into valuable contracts and partnership
- Lead and form the sales team, training in sales, customer services and communications.
- Networking and Developing partnership with other related business

- Create a partnership with Dubai & Federal Government worth 2 millions AED / year
- Launch & Lead online sales with a sustainable growth (20%/month).

New&Now Ltd is a French company operating in Cambodia, retailing consumer electronics such as home appliance, informatics, multimedia, and cellphones. Directly report to Investors while managing a multicultural team of 7 people.
Main responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Create and develop B2B clients portfolio.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers, ensure and strengthened great and reactive customer services.
• Identify Business opportunities and conduct market researches, transform them into valuable contracts (Business Development)
• Lead and form the sales team, training in sales, customer services, and communications.
• Create efficient merchandising strategy, optimize in-store experience of stores
• In charge of Social Media and Marketing campaign
Main achievements:
• Reach sales targets for 16 consecutive months, for more than 412.000$ of turnover. Tracked records included.
• Increased directly sales revenue by 35% in a 3 months period after negotiated and implanted successful B2B contracts with two local retailing websites Kaymu.com and Maiomall.com

• Introduce Asus tablets in Cambodian market, after negotiation with regional Asus Head of Sales (Mr. Chen Ping),

INCUB', the Incubator of Burgundy School of Business is in charge to support and advices customer's company. Reporting to the Incubator Director, my main mission was focused on achieving business development mission for start-ups and fast-growing companies from automotive, FMCG goods and consumer electronics fields.
Main responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads for customer's company
- Executed market researches and transform them into Business opportunities
- Reach sales target objectives fixed between incubator and customer's company
