* Rerouting on an additional headcount aiming at adding quality to the sales call and enhancing
KPIs.
* Review and advice on pricing policies, products mix, Sales performance and brand Portfolio.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure market-share growth.

* Territory asset base management and execution quality monitoring via planogram
implementation and asset location.
* Coverage expansion within same routes via rerouting the daily journey plans&
geography
* Leading a teamof 5 sales reps operating in adirect coverage model aiming at growing the
HORECA &On-Premise channels
* Developing current customer base and seeking new potential customers.
* The job scope encompassed contract negotiation, execution, sales, account development tools, POS, collection, and budget management of 8%of annual TO.
