I am leading the recruitment drive to employee Financial Advisors and Wealth Mangers for the business growing at a rapid rate. I have implemented a strategy to employee 1, 500 employees in the next 5 year.
Recruiting financial advisors and Wealth Manager to grow the business in the UAE
Sourcing for candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and Networking
Headhunting top talent from sales industries locally and from UK and South Africa
Developing employment contracts.
Interview process through to final stage
Responsible for the internal appointments and spotting talent within the organisation.
Full accountability on candidate management (progressing, rejection as well as providing feedback when necessary).
Managing the recruitment Process from Approval to on-boarding across UAE, South Africa and United Kingdom
Reports recruitment progress on weekly basis to CEO
