Manage and conduct processing traninig for engineers, monitors and new chemical engineering technicians. production and deal with process and quality problems, emergency response and unit shutdown, analyzeproduction data & DCS graphsand charts, daily reports and statisticsof production, quality and inspection checks, technical support and training for monitors and operators, safety control of plant and production.

Safety control of chemical materials feeding and injection (AT, DDS, CS, DQ, Oils, etc). Processing output and products quality requirements. Prepare and modify technical operation procedures. Initiate technical investigation pertinent to plant incidents and problems. Monitor production and deal with process and quality problems. Manage the technical documentation and troubleshooting situations

Operate and maintain columns, compressors, equipments, machines and measurements devices. Control and inspect units sites on various operation parameters( pressures, temperatures, levels, flow rates etc). Carry out safety patrol inspection checks of machines, equipments and measurements devices. Properly implement Emergency Response Plan for unexpectedly sudden failures. Report LPG, Propane, C4 and gases records and any abnormal phenomena, s or deviations.

Quality and safety control of final products, guarantee standard required product. Supervise packing personnel section and labor disciplines and safety operations. Fill in reports consignment sheets, packing quantities and check weights records. Safely control of painting machines, forklifts, automatic and digital balances. Control required suing of stabilizers, untioxidants and other chemical materials and storehouses.
