Description:
* Working as a Section Incharge of Raw mill including Roller press(KHD).
* Active member of Energy audit cell, Quality circle and Safety circle of Jaypee Dalla Plant.
* Involve in:
+ Scheduled (weekly), Breakdown and Shut down maintenance of Raw mill and kiln equipments.
+ Ball Mill internals replacement work Supplied by M/s AIA.
+ Kiln roller replacement, bearing bush scraping and pinion shaft changing work.
* Performing activity like Documentation, Power saving project, shut down job planning, indent of material & follow up.
* Using SAP & for material management and maintenance activity.
Project: Upgradation of complete plant (Unit-K#4) from TPD to TPD purchased by Jaypee group from U.P. Government. Successful completion of Dalla Project K#5(TPD).
Time Period: Jun' to May'
Description:
* Installed and commissioned Kiln, Major process Fans, Roots blower, material transport equipment like Air slide, Bucket elevator, Belt conveyor, Screw conveyor, etc.
* Laid hydraulic and pneumatic line.
* Revamped Central discharge raw mill of TPH and its auxiliaries like Gear box, Lubrication system, Trunion bearings, etc.
* Erected of heavy structure and process ducts.
Project: Roller Press
Time Period: May' to Feb'
Description: Involved in Installation of Roll Press supplied by KHD, it included erection of Roller frame, Rollers, Eot crane, Planetary gear box, V separator, SKS separator, Twin cyclone, belt conveyor, Bucket elevator, air slide, Air compressor, etc.

* Developing and implementing plans & schedules for Maintenance Operations and Annual Turnarounds with focus on optimum utilisation of manpower and material.
* Coordinating & managing troubleshooting & breakdown/ preventive/ shutdown maintenance for curbing downtime to a minimum level.
* Analysing major breakdowns & Preventive Maintenance findings and implementing corrective action plans.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
* Developing processes and maintaining them in line with internal/ prescribed quality standards.
