During my TA journey in recruitment agencies, internal recruiter or as a freelancer I worked in countless projects with companies in MENA and in various industries like:
#Construction: Roads, sewage, bridges, MEP, HVAC, maintenance, electrical, civil, ready mix, block & interlock... etc.
#IT: networking, infrastructure, cloud, mobile application development, ERP development, Web development.
#CRM: sales, marketing, business development, account management, customer services, digital media management.
Misc.: travel agencies, paper manufacturing, media agencies, E-commerce... etc.

Those projects enhanced my skills to understand what is the client looking for and made me hungry to achieve 5000+ positions target.

* Applying full cycle recruitment process for assigned requested position as per recruitment plan.

* Communicating with hiring managers to confirm/create JD for requested position and take notes or special requests that identifies a preferable candidate for the position.

* Leading offering and negotiation phase with candidate/s till first working day.

* Follow up with different divisions to prepare newcomers packages "ID, email, desks, PC/ laptop, mobile, SIM, phone bundles, tools, instruments, accommodation, transportation...etc" according to the position.

* Hold orientation session/ presentation with newcomer/s - with attentive care for whom new to Saudi Arabia- and deliver them to admin/ personall specialist then direct manager.

• Following up with hiring manager during probation period on the status of the new employee.
* Send feedback to recruitment partner regarding passing employee full probation period or our intention to restart the process.
