Brief Profile:
I took my charge as HR & Administration Dept. Head and reporting to Chairman and Managing Director.

Authority and Responsibility: Managing the Administration and HR function of the organization supported by a team of Assist. Managers, HR Executives, Administration Executives and PRO’s. It can be summarized as:
HR Functions:
• Recruitment - Interface with Internal (Operations) and External Client Groups (Vendors) to ensure the recruitment process and procedures are in place. Networking, sourcing, conduct interview, salary negotiation, offer letter issuance, visa processing, ticket booking & confirmations, arrival and transport management, accommodation management and onboarding of staff.
• Compliance- Ensuring health medical checkups, Issuing of visa and mobilization. Routine yearly health medical checkups for employees handling food and associated products. Yearly visa renewal before expiry along with passport renewals if any. Organize trainings as per rule of the land for required certifications.
• HR Workflow Process - Confirmations, Deputations, Transfers, Leave and Vacations, Appraisals, exit interviews, Sports activates, Maintain, and implement yearlong plan for completions and employee engagement events.
• Training - Co-ordinating with the external trainers on training needs and ensuring trainings occur on time and function smoothly. Training feedbacks are also collected.
• Exits- Resignation and Termination processing along with exit interview.
Administration Aspects:
• Maintenance of lease and rent agreements for tenants as well as all establishments of Safari Group
• Maintenance and renewals of Vehicle
• Maintaing vehicle fleet insurance.
• Supervision of smooth functioning in the employee accommodation facilities in coordination with the camp bosses
• General building and facility management.
• Release of press reports and promotional events in media.
• Updating of upcoming promotional events and obtaining approvals from Ministries.
• Insurance renewal and maintain for machineries and properties.

I had been deployed as the HR & Administration Dept. Head and reporting to General Manager with seven directs to assist.

• Recruitments for short, medium and long-term. Individually organizing direct interviews in India, Nepal & Sri Lanka with good relationships with reputed recruitment agencies in the region. Direct sourcing through job boards and social media.

• Providing the business with high quality advice / support in managing HR needs.
• Helping managers to understand and proactively address HR issues. Investigate a variety of employee-related issues, incidents, complaints and inquiries
• Supporting employees and managers in understanding and adapting to change in the business / workplace environment.
• Introduce many cost & time saving.HR / Admin Policies & procedures.
• Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs.
• Maintain knowledge of the legal requirements and government regulations affecting Human Resources functions to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct exit interview, evaluate comments and propose critical areas of improvement to GM.
• Coach line managers on how to handle the critical cases and counsel employees to resolve conflict situations.
