Developing strategic plans for adolescent sexual and reproductive health project, updating regular HIV testing and positive tracking and linkage services among private, public and nongovernmental health facilities, collaboratively planning and implementing non communicable diseases with particular attention to hypertension, diabetes mellitus and cervical cancer, supporting community level food fortification through model mothers, developing sustainability strategies for local implementing partners through technical and organizational capacity assessment, Identifying training and performance gaps among networked facilities, Provide cost effective gap filling training, Providing materials and equipment, Conducting routine supportive supervision and mentor-ship, building Strong partnership of networks, Participating in town level service mapping and resource mobilization through the help of GIS, performance monitoring against the defined standard for Networked facilities, provide appropriate on- job- coaching for networked service providers, Lead core partners and public, private & NGO health facilities representatives quarterly based meetings to further develop performance improvement plans.
