through detailed design, procurement, fabrication, modular assembly, and site
construction.

producing clients, throughout respective project lifecycle of 3 - 6 months duration,
comprising 30 - 50 wellheads per client project.
• Prepared quotes, RFIs, estimates, plans, schedules, and facilitated approval of
requisitions for procurement of materials.
• Stewarded face-to-face meetings between clients and design team to properly
document project requirements; facilitated drawings preparation, technical reviews
of scope to ensure constructability and to identify and mitigate procurement risk;
and transmission to the clients for approval.
• Monitored progress of the engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and testing
activities on projects; tracked open issues and facilitated resolutions actions.

subcontractors, to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant CSU execution.

• Applied safe handover practices including PTW, isolation validation, energization
readiness, and SIMOPS coordination.

• Managed construction and commissioning of all major upgrade and maintenance
projects at the companys 2 main fuel storage facilities (Apapa & Port Harcourt), 100
fuel retail outlets, and offices nationwide to ensure timely delivery, within budget
and to acceptable quality standards.
• Developed and/or reviewed technical specifications, engineering and architectural
drawings, scope of work, cost estimates on the new fuel retail outlets projects.
• Planned and managed facilities maintenance program at 95 fuel retail outlets across
the northern region covering underground tanks installation, calibration and leak
testing; pipeline installation and leak testing; electricals and forecourt pavement
repairs.
• Managed all upgrade projects, operation, and maintenance activities at the 19 floor
(8, 550sqm) company complex (Bull Plaza), with 10nos in-house technicians and
service contractors.
• Monitored cashflows, forecasted on cost and completion status, and tracked internal
processing of contractors invoices.
• Monitored work execution by general contractors, in line with approved plan and
reconciled work percentage completed to enable monthly processing of contractors
invoices.
