-Full participation in product graphic design and in approval of design for polymer plate-making.

-Daily tracking and reporting of production/financial inflow.

* Active participation in the review of company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the
preparation for Clients’ audit processes.
*Production, implementation and documentation of all SOPs relating to Quality Operations
*Development and implementation of Hazard and Critical Control Points (HACCP) in the plant processes.
*Development of Checklists.
* Preparation of In-Process (IP) sheets for documentation processes.
* Preparation and documentation of Certificate of Analysis (C of A) for clients’ evaluations.
* Process Assurance of the operations of flexographic coding machine and synchronized
machines
* Quality Assurance of several million coded cards per month for all RCVs and for the following
mobile networks: Zain, MTN, Glo, Visafone, Starcomms, ZOOMobile and Promo cards.
*In-process checks on wrapping and tagging of several million PINs for all RCVs.
*Graphical presentation of daily shift’s production report
*Evaluation of storage conditions for all consumables, packaging materials and finished goods.
*Overseeing good housekeeping of factory and environment.
* Proper documentation of IP activities.
* Handling stability testing trend for all RCVs.
* Active participation in off-site waste destruction programme.
* Training of staff members on Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP).
* Other duties as required by the Management.
