• Presently working as a Senior Pre/Post Sales Cisco Network Engineer at Al-Falak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. Saudi Arabia.
• Handling additional roles when needed by company as a Network design/configuration/implementation Engineer/Specialist and as project engineer/project manager.
• Responsible for the Pre-sales & Post-sales support to the Sales & Marketing manager throughout the sales cycle, bids to achieve business objectives in the area of mainly Cisco and other vendor network technology related projects and solutions.
• Responsible for Cisco Partner Account Management, RFQ/RFP Analysis and BOQ Design.
• Designing Cisco based Network solution, preparing the BOQ/BOM based on customer requirements including the MTO estimate and estimate review for Installation, configuration and logistics required for the successful project implementation and completion.
• Pre-sales support/consultation for other network based technologies like Aruba/HPe, Juniper, Moxa, PaloAlto, Huawei, Netgear network solutions when required and prepare BOQ’s based on them.
• Pre-sales support and prepare BOQ’s for server solutions based on Cisco/HP/Huawei by communicating with vendors and suppliers.
• Providing technical expertise and working closely with the sales team in the development of responses to customer requests/proposals as required.
• Working with Cisco Partner tools like Cisco CCW tool for creating estimates, deals and configuration for customer requirements.
• Communicate and encourage customers to go for Cisco network solutions and renew their Cisco annual support subscriptions.
• Manage and execute project network based scope of projects as a project engineer/ manager whenever needed or requested by company.
• Have managed network maintenance project support and SLAs

• I was responsible for the worldwide production network operation support at Cisco Systems.
• To maintain and troubleshoot internal network systems, interact and coordinate with Cisco engineers and partners to fulfill new network operation requests and resolve network issues.
• Perform complex network configuration and troubleshooting in the Areas of LAN/WAN, Extranet.
• Perform trouble ticket case management.
